Want to perfect your culinary skills after attaining your Professional Cooking DEP the Cuisine du Marché /
Market Fresh Cooking program will take you to the next level. You'll make innovative charcuterie products, delicious specialty breads, and cook international dishes from Mediterranean, Asian, Middle Eastern and Carribean cultures. Advance your techniques and prepare and decorate plated desserts. Using regional products, you’ll develop your own recipes while putting a personalized touch on creative, market fresh menus.
- Academic Requirement: Must have a diploma in Professional Cooking (DEP)
- Duration: approximately 5 months
- Days per week: 4 nights per week (Monday to Thursday)
- Time: 4:00pm to 10:00pm
