Earth Day Walk at Nesbitt School

On April 29th, all 422 students, teachers and parents took part in an Nesbitt 100th Anniversary Earth Day walk. Students, teachers and parents left Nesbitt School and walked to Beaubien Park, approximately a kilometre away. Students carried posters demanding that as citizens, we respect and save our Earth. Students also sang songs about the beauty of the earth and the role that each one of us can take to save it. Accompanying the students, teachers and parents was police supervision as well as support from Éco-Quartier Rosemont made the walk an exciting and successful event for a very important cause.
