HONORE MERCIER DAY CARE

Honoré Mercier offers to all children attending our school (kindergarten to grade 6) daycare service. Such services provide our students with activities and educational projects that develop their intellectual abilities and their social skills such as respect and cooperation with others. They are also provided with a homework support program.

Students also participate in recreational activities such as arts and crafts, computers, drama club, cooking club, building club, card and board games. Organized sports activities such as soccer, hockey, basketball and dodge ball are also contributors to the overall development of the children. Field trips (sugar camp, apple picking, Imax, etc.) or special days (mad science, carnival, pajama party, etc.) are organized on pedagogical days throughout the school year.

Daniela Buttino operates the daycare along with a qualified staff. The daycare is available both before and after school. The operating hours are 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 2:21 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Daycare is also opened on Pedagogical Days from 7:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.  Regular users who are registered 3 days or more a week will pay $7.00 per day.
