Educational Policies, Standards & Procedures
Standards and Procedures are official documents pertaining to the evaluation of student learning. They provide a summary of the evaluation criteria for each subject, and the period during which exams are scheduled.

Mountainview High School is dedicated to ensuring a safe environment, where students can find a passion to learn, work, and contribute meaningfully to society. Our staff is determined to help students discover their strengths, and work toward improving their points of weakness, as they discover their interests and their place in the world.
Objectives

Our Academic Programs
Preparation for Secondary Studies
The classes in this program are small and highly individualized, allowing students to progress at their own individual pace. Students in this program are formally assessed by their teachers who then develop an Individual Education Plan (IEP) for each student. The purpose of the IEPs is to meet the academic, emotional, and social needs of each respective student.
Work Oriented Training Program - Semi Skilled
This program is best suited for students that are interested in developing work skills and habits that will enable them to seek employment in the near future. The overarching goal of this program is to ensure that students are confident in their abilities so that they can be successful in the workplace, once they find work following the program.
