What do you need to bring to register your child?

All pupils registering for the first time are required to provide the following documents:

a) a birth certificate (long version) showing the names of the mother and the father.

b) their Medicare card.

c) their vaccination records

d) the Eligibility Certificate of the child if available, otherwise the Certificate of Eligibility

of an older brother/sister / natural parent, otherwise the Québec Permanent Code (QPC)

of the parent or sibling who attended English school in Québec.
