Letter to Parents - Uniform Update
We are writing to you following the last Loft school delivery which took place yesterday. A date for the implementation of the uniform was decided by the Governing Board last night, which has been set to Monday, December 3, 2018.
On December 3, all students are expected to be in FULL uniform. We understand that some orders were not fulfilled in their entirety, or exchanges are still pending, but we have been making a list of students in these cases. In cases where items are missing from the order, students are expected to be in partial uniform, meaning if they have the pants, they should be wearing the pants, and if they have the polo they should be in a polo.
As mentioned in our last communication regarding the uniforms last week, please advise the level VPs of any cases where uniforms have not been delivered in full, so we can compare lists and make sure students are not penalized for delivery delays. If you have already communicated, there is no need to communicate again. In an attempt to limit and manage the number of emails received, we would also ask that you only email regarding the missing uniform items.
