Letter to Parents - Uniform Update #2
We have just received confirmation from Loft that they will do a lunch time delivery for the remaining orders they have at their warehouse. The delivery will take place on Tuesday December 11 in the auditorium. Students will be able to pick up their orders and take them home.
As for any orders that require exchanges, their customer service department is still open, even though the boutique is currently closed. Please continue to communicate with Loft regarding exchanges or issues with received orders and they will work diligently to get back to you as soon as possible. We have been reassured that more employees have been made available to handle the communication since the boutique is closed.
Loft will be sending their own email to those families concerned with this delivery.
