Letter to Parents: Uniform Supplier for 2019-20

Dear Parents/Guardians,

In planning for the upcoming school year, we are pleased to announce that Top Marks will be our uniform supplier once again for the 2019-2020 school year. We had been working with Top Marks for three years before our new uniform supplier was brought in at the end of last year. Following numerous discussions at Governing Board and many concerns about our current supplier from the community, we were able to reinstate our previous supplier.

Loft remains our supplier for the remainder of this school year, and families should be contacting Loft for required items until June. We will share with you any information regarding upcoming sales by Loft for those interested.

Attached with this letter, is the information package from Top Marks which includes information about the fittings taking place at our school. They are scheduled for April 17th & 18th, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and appointment registration takes place online. The fittings will be taking place at school in the Sport Etudes Study Hall room and parents are invited to enter the school from the main entrance on P.M. Favier Street, Sport Études doors. We will have signs at the front entrance to help direct you. Please keep in mind that Top Marks will require a deposit of 25% on the evening of the fitting in order to process the order.

It should be noted that any uniform items purchased from any of the suppliers from the past are acceptable to wear, as long as the items fall within the uniform policy of the school.
