Students in all grades participate in games and sports which help develop coordination, endurance, movement skills, and spatial awareness.
Kindergarten and Cycle I students focus on activities which help nurture coordination and body awareness. These younger students also enjoy fun and motivating movement and ball games which help promote social interaction.
As for Cycle II and III, students will learn the skills necessary to participate in a variety of sports as well as develop a sense of strategy and teamwork. Sports such as Handball, Lacrosse, Mini-Tennis, Ringuette, Flag Football, and Basketball are examples of activities the older children are introduced to.
