Black History Month
February 2012
Westmount Park students will be celebrating Black History throughout February with many visitors and performers. Mr. James Nurse will open Black History month with an interactive discussion on the history of slavery and an exhibition of African art on Wednesday 1st February for cycle two and three students.
Alouettes to tackle bullying at Westmount Park

The Montreal Alouettes and CN Rail will be introducing Together at School with CN and the Alouettes as part of their community outreach program.
The program’s focus includes, tutoring, leadership, decision making, railway safety, organization and time management as well as health, well-being, environmental awareness, community service and teamwork.
The Alouettes will be visiting Westmount Park School in the near future.
