Celebrating Excellence in Science: Congratulations to Matin

The MIND community is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of Matin, who has been named a recipient of one of the two McGill University – Faculty of Science Prestige Awards in Chemistry. This prestigious recognition highlights Matin’s exceptional talent, dedication, and commitment to scientific excellence.

In addition to this remarkable honour, Matin also received one of the Highest Distinctions Awards, further underscoring the quality and impact of his work. These accomplishments reflect not only academic strength, but also curiosity, perseverance, and a passion for discovery.

Adding to this impressive list of achievements, Matin was selected to compete in the 2026 Hydro-Québec Super Science Fair provincial final. The event will take place at Université Laval in Quebec City from April 17 to 19, 2026, bringing together some of the most promising young scientists from across the province.

The entire MIND community, alongside the English Montreal School Board, congratulates Matin on these well-deserved successes. His achievements are a source of inspiration and pride, and we look forward to seeing all that he will accomplish in the future.
