To raise awareness about the needs of Gifted and Talented learners
To adopt a definition for Gifted learners at EMSB to address the individual needs of bright children within schools across EMSB
To implement school-wide enrichment programs
To lay the groundwork for a Centre of Excellence
To identify the need for a policy for Gifted learners here in Quebec
