As a public institution, Vincent Massey Collegiate does not charge tuition and welcomes all students free of charge. However, certain costs are not covered by the school budget. These additional fees allow VMC to enhance its services, expand opportunities for students, and provide greater flexibility for families.
The School Fee helps partially cover various expenses that are not subsidized by the Ministère de l’Éducation (MEQ).

The following standard fees apply:
- worksheets ($40.00),
- agenda ($8.00),
- yearbook, optional ($26.00),
- academic, athletic, and cultural recognition ($26.00),
- house shirt (uniform) ($25.00),
- total $125.00.
A replacement calculator, if lost or damaged, is $25.00.
