At JFK, our Personal Development and Community Involvement Animator plays a meaningful role in supporting the well‑being and growth of our students. Welcoming students of all cultural backgrounds and beliefs, the animator helps foster a sense of belonging and encourages students to explore who they are within both their school and larger community.
The animator works closely with JFK students to guide activities that promote reflection, problem‑solving, and personal understanding. Through discussions, hands‑on projects, and community‑based initiatives, students are encouraged to make connections between their values, their everyday choices, and the world around them. This work supports the development of emotional awareness, social responsibility, and empathy—qualities that help students thrive both inside and outside of school.
As part of a broader team working across multiple schools, our animator contributes to the planning and implementation of community‑focused, humanitarian, spiritual, and cultural programs. These initiatives help students gain perspective, learn about others, and engage in meaningful service.
The animator also serves as a resource for staff, students, and families at JFK, offering guidance and information related to spiritual needs, cultural diversity, and opportunities for community involvement. Through this support, the animator helps strengthen the positive, inclusive, and caring community that defines life at JFK.
